Be at One – Mini Mindfulness session for your Wednesday lunchtimes

All courses are available in person OR live streaming, please join us!

1/2 hour guided meditation and relaxation session to rest your mind, refresh your energy, and lift your spirits. Suitable for all. Beginners welcome.

Secular (non-religious), guided by Lucy Trend &/or guest teachers.

Although not religious, these sessions are fall under ‘religious and contemplative’ – so we’re delighted to be back running sessions in person as well as online! (Wearing face coverings and with appropriate distancing).
