Cancellation policy for treatment bookings:

Cancellations and rescheduling must be notified to the therapist by email or text message (provided in the booking confirmation email). For cancellation or rescheduling on the day before the appointment time there is a 50% charge if the appointment is not filled by another client. Cancellation on the same day of the appointment, or non attendance, is charged at full price.

Cancellation due to Covid related precautions can be made at any time and the therapist is advised to waive the penalty however this decision is at the therapist’s discretion. You must inform the therapist immediately you are aware of the need to cancel.

Cancellation policy for courses (except Thai Yoga Massage Diploma): 

Cancellations must be notified by email to info@stmts.co.uk. Cancellations made 14 days in advance will be refunded with an admin fee deducted, amounting to 25% of the full course fee. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days of the course start will be charged at 50% of the full course fee if the place is not filled by another student. Cancellations made within 7 days, or non attendance, are not refunded. If a registered student needs to self isolate, or if the course cannot go ahead in person due to level 4 lock-down restrictions, then the course will be live-streamed and recordings will be made available. Therefore no refunds are offered in this circumstance.

Cancellation policy for Thai Yoga Massage Professional Diploma course: 

Cancellations must be notified by email to info@stmts.co.uk. Payments are refundable if notice of cancellation is given minimum 8 weeks prior to course start date, however a £25 admin fee will be deducted. If cancellation is made 4-8 weeks prior to course start date a £75 admin fee is deducted from the refund. If cancellation is made between 4 weeks and 1 week prior to the course start no refund is given however you may request to transfer your place to a friend who is suitably eligible. A £75 admin fee is applicable. No refunds are given within one week of the course start date or after the course has started. If a scheduled training day cannot go ahead in person due to level 4 lockdown restrictions, then the course will be livestreamed and recordings will be made available. Training days will not be rescheduled except in special and rare circumstances where the teacher is unexpectedly unavailable and no replacement teacher can be found.

Cancellation policy for Studio Bookings: 

Cancellations must be notified by email to info@stmts.co.uk. Cancellations made one month or more in advance will be refunded in full with an admin fee of £20 deducted. Cancellations made between one month and 14 days before the date of the booking will be charged at 50% of the full rental fee if the place is not filled by another booking. Cancellations made within 14 days, or non attendance, are not refunded. Please ensure you have a replacement teacher/host on standby in the event that your main teacher/host is not able to lead your course as we do not currently have an illness/Covid refund policy for studio rentals. Rescheduling may be considered in certain circumstances, providing communication has been prompt and clear. A £20 admin fee will be charged. NB It is the renters responsibility to contact STMTS to arrange key collection/access at least 14 days before the date of the booking.
